The apple fitness plus is only available for the new apple watch, primarily new apple watch series 6 (apple watch 6). The apple watch workouts can be found on Apple fitness app under Apple fitness plus which is branded as Apple Fitness+. This video will talk about my pros and cons of the Apple Fitness Plus.
