Heather is a lucky mother of two boys, Lucas and Maxwell, that inspire her to leave a legacy of truth and happiness. With a Master's degree in exercise science, Heather Lehman now works for Cigna as an Onsite Health Coach. Tragically in 2010, Heather's ex-boyfriend killed himself in her personal training studio. After the traumatic incident, she turned to art. The silence and focus of the artistic process abated the anger and stilled her mind, allowing her to find peace.
