Lamborghini Urus 6x6 Apocalypse The Urus is a truly impressive SUV, but we're not sure adding two extra wheels will make it any better. A few months ago, images of a red Lamborghini Urus undergoing a dramatic 6x6 transformation began appearing online. At the time, there were very few photos and videos of the car, but recently a couple of YouTubers captured the crazy SUV up close—and it looks absolutely finished. If you recall, about ten years ago, the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 kicked off the ongoing 6x6 conversion craze, despite its seemingly utter absurdity. But these conversions caught the fancy of pickup truck owners, for whom companies like Hennessey began mass-producing the Ford F-150 6x6 and RAM 1500 6x6. The creator of this beast is reportedly South Florida Jeep (the same people behind the Apocalypse 6x6). They've created a fair share of wild six-wheeled projects over the years, including modified Jeep Wranglers, Ford Broncos, and even Land Rover Defenders. However, the main difference between the Urus and the aforementioned models is that it's a Lamborghini, which means it's very, very expensive, requiring an owner with an incredible amount of money to willingly take it to the point of "no turning back," and the car's value would obviously drop. So what's changed since we last saw it? It appears the body has been tweaked, with a longer roofline and a stretched rear end to accommodate a third axle and two extra wheels. The fender flares are larger, and the rear now features a new diffuser, a prominent spoiler, and an additional roof spoiler. The Lamborghini also sports gloss black wheels. The full list of changes made remains a mystery, but they would never be legalized in Russia. Incidentally, we still don't know whether the third axle is functional or just for aesthetic purposes.
