Civ 6 | TOLD YOU SO – Ursa Ryan’s Apocalypse May 22 Challenge (#1 Mayan Deity Civilization VI)
Deadline: 8pm UK time on Tuesday 31st May 2022 This month’s Civ 6 challenge is brought to us by our favourite Apocalypse predicting Civ, the Mayan Empire, and the goal is simple: how fast can you summon the apocalypse? Anyone can join in this challenge as there are no mods needed to play it – just access to the Mayan civ and the apocalypse game mode! The rules are as follows: 1) You are playing the Mayan Empire, with 2) Standard speed, Ancient Era start and Deity Difficulty, on a 3) 4 leaf clover map (provided in the base Civ 6 game), along with 4) 3 fellow mega-polluters China (Kublai), America (RR) and India (Chandragupta), who represent the three largest Co2 emitters IRL at the time of writing, with 5) All victory conditions turned off apart from score because they do not matter AT ALL, with 6) Chinguetti, Kandy, La Venta, Nazca, Yerevan and Vatican City selected, and with the 7) Apocalypse game mode turned on (all others are off), and 8) Barbarians turned ON. 9) All other map settings are yours to play with as you like. Which corner you start on is up to you. 10) OR just use the save file on #civ6-save-files if you play on PC (sorry console players, use the instructions above!).
