There are other perk cards that either have been introduced with Fallout 76 or have evolved from previous Fallout versions that have made it's way into the Park Cards that most of us know now but do not use. In this video, I try to draw attention to seven perk cards that that appear to me as lacking the luster to have equipped and perhaps even to use altogether for either the requirements of the card to equip or the perks it possesses.
