LG360CAM Test: color correction,"60f/s", "4K" and simple stabilizer

New test, where I wanted to do a nice walking video. Still dark, cloudy, rainy and windy spring in south of Sweden so the quality of the video will be better closer to summer when the sun is strong and makes bright nice days even cloudy days... Color correction: Noise reduction, sharpness, brightness, contrast, saturation - all done in the swedish software VideoCanvas. "60f/s": Of course NOT true 60f/s, because the LG360CAM only records in 30f/s but using MPEG streamclip's option "Fade Frames" to convert 30f/s to 60f/s (wich not just double the frames as many other softwares) that actually combine frame 1 and 2 and creates a inbetween as 1b (1 1b 2 2b 3 3b...) makes the video less jerky/strobotic especially in "walking" videos or videos with a lot of action in it. I will probably use it in all my videos from now on. "4K": I upscaled the LG360CAM 2560x1280 to 3840x1920 because when YT does it's magic it heavily compress the files. So I was thinking if I upload a 4K file the artifacts should show less in the completed/uploaded video. Simple stabilizer: Well, we all tried to take a walk with our LG360CAMS and it's jerky as *... so I just tried a very simple trick I allways use when shooting ordinary 3D vanilla videos - just to see if it works even with 360 videos (you know the horisontal line jumps around when not using a stabilizer shooting with a 360 cam) - mounting the LG360CAM on my DIY monopod with legs, holding it with only two fingers stretched out from the body...it seems to work just fine. just have to improve the way Im holding it. What I used: 1xLG360CAMS mounted on a monopod to shoot the video MPEG streamclip to convert from 30f/s to 60f/s with inbetweens https://mpeg-streamclip.en.softonic.com/mac VIdeoCanvas to colorcorrect and sharpen the video http://norrkross.com/software/videocanvas/movie.php QuckTime Pro for the final size, and sound http://www.apple.com sView to check the 3D and the Spatial Audio (only local 360 player that can play spatial audio at the moment) http://www.sview.ru/en/
