Tapiocas are the traditional cuisine of Kerala. Method =========== I have taken 4 long raw tapiocas, then have cut into small pieces. Rinse the pieces two times in water, then I have boiled this in water, add 1 tbsp salt. After 25 minutes it was well cooked and it was drained. The cooked tapiocas can be used to make Kappa(Tapioca)Biriyani, Kappa Thalichethu, Kappa Puzhukku etc.
