FIND OUT MORE https://bit.ly/3lEGFT7 I attended the above address today as the customer had been told by her ISP that they had an internal wiring fault inside the house. When I first arrived I did a speed test and was only getting speeds of 4.5 Mbps then it dropped on my second test to .45 Mbps. I found the lead-in cable and disconnected the internal wires from the lead in cable, I then installed a brand new socket on the end of this cable, then plugged a new lead from the socket to the modem. I retested and was still only getting speeds of 0.45 Mbps on the speed test. The line sounds clear there was no audible crackle on the line but the ADSL speed is so very slow. Customer has a copy of the speed test. As we had only used the lead in cable for out test, this is without a doubt a network issue This is 100% a network issue For Video evidence please click here
