Eruption was before I can't stand the rain (1977) an already existed band in The Uk. Firstly was Precious Wilson a backing vocalist and was there another female lead vocalist.When that lead singer left became Precious the lead singer. Eruption wun a talent show and received as price the launching of a single. There was succes but it didn't grow further.So Eruption decided to perform overseas.Frank Farian heard of the group..let them perform as a warming up act before his Boney M. concerts and decided to produce an album for them.A guy of his team had the idea to make a cover version of I can't stand the rain.A good idea...it became a big hit! One way ticket followed and there was some succes with Party,Party. Precious went already solo in 1979vwith help from Frank Farian and had more than some succes! Eruption split in 1985 after some albums with replacers for Precious but the music and the singer didn't sound superior like their 2 albums with Precious and (co) produced by Frank Farian (with R.Ehrhardt) ➡️ This remix is done by Marek Mendygral⬅️
