O'Connells successfully tendered the demolition package at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Folkestone, Kent. Phase 1 consisted of soft strip works, licensed asbestos removal and the demolition of seven out-buildings. Phase 2 consisted of the demolition of the main hospital building and extensions.
