Forever Laser Dark No-Cut LowTemp Marrying Process Printing with OKI 920WT and 711WT

Print on the matte side of the A film. Always use MultiPurpose (MP) tray for this film. [Printer Settings: White Toner "On", Paper setting: "Films" for the 711WT and "Transparency" for the 920WT. Select Correct Paper size and orientation. Mirror Image (not applicable for Corel, select mirroring in file settings) Select "Fine/Detail 600/1200 Quality"] Place printed side facing up on your heat press. Place B sheet opaque/toner side down on top of image. Place a piece of parchment or other heat resistant paper on top to prevent residual toner from potentially adhering to top platen. Press at 310 Degrees for 90 seconds. Medium pressure. Starting at the corner, with the transfer remaining on bottom platen, peel slowly but consistently, slowing down when reaching outer edge. You'll notice in the video that I flick the transfer cooling it down slightly. You may find this technique helpful. Remove remaining residual toner from outside edge of A film. You are now ready to press the image onto your garment. If you are having difficulty with the marrying process, please invest in a $20 heat gun and CHECK YOUR HEAT PRESS TEMPERATURE. Temperature inconsistency and inaccuracy is the number one problem that customers frequently run into. Luckily, it is easily remedied with finding and maintaining consistent temperature. www.garmentprinterink.com (631) 858-0114
