How to Encode (a.k.a. Convert) a Video to H.265 (HEVC) Format

High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) is a video compression successors to AVC (H.264 or MPEG-4 Part 10). In comparison to AVC, HEVC offers about double the data compression ratio at the same level of video quality, or substantially improved video quality at the same bit rate. It supports resolutions up to 8192×4320, including 8K UHD. Yeah, it's seems promising. On this test, I used MeGUI & Handbrake to process. But, they are also 10-20x slower speed to encode. I tested on my PC, it took around 6 hours to almost half a day for finishing a 1080p 4 mins video.
