iPad Painting of a Ballerina
This is an old painting I did on my iPad for one of my art classes in 2010. Drawing on the iPad is difficult because of the lack of pressure sensitivity. I had to either change the opacity constantly or start off at a low opacity and slowly add layers of paint to get the effect that I would get with my wacom. The app used was Brushes, which automatically records your painting. A reference was used for the pose and a watercolor paper stock image was added at the end. Apps used: Sketchbook pro (for the sketch) and Brushes (for the color)
