Put the Newsstand on the 3rd page of your device. 2. Put the folder you want to put Newsstand in, on the 2nd page. 3. Go to the 3rd page 4. Press the home button (then quickly) 5. Tap and hold the Newsstand until it goes to the first page (then quickly) 6. Swipe to the 2nd page 7. If the icons are wiggling, you did it! Now just click on the folder, and press the home button.
