VONTAR X96 mini doesn't turn on

Vontar x96 mini Android player does not start. Just red led light always on and nothing. Anyone know solution for this issue? Thanks for any help. Ordered from AliExpress, Store name: China SmartView Digital Co. Ltd. Seller didn't responce anymore to resolve problem.
