Making Some Custom Leatherette Patched Hats
Just showing my process for a recent custom hat order for a landscaping business here in Idaho Falls, ID. The customer chose Richardson 168 7 panel flat bill hats and green camo / moss camo / and copper acrylic patch material from @hydbond . I am using my @xToollaser 40w S1 laser to engrave / cut the patches, and a @Stahlsdotcom Hotronix 360IQ hat press to apply the patches.
