In the presence of Her Majesty The Queen, Head of the Commonwealth. 'Unity' Dr Selina Tusitala Marsh's commissioned poem performed on the sacrarium steps of the Westminster Abbey at the 2016 Commonwealth Service, Monday 14 March. Her Majesty was accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and The Duke of York. The Commonwealth Service is the UK’s largest multi-faith celebration. The theme ‘An Inclusive Commonwealth', inviting citizens to consider what it means to live in a diverse yet equitable, fair and tolerant international community. Dr Selina Tusitala Marsh is an Auckland-based Pacific poet and scholar of Samoan, Tuvaluan, English, Scottish and French descent.
