What Spirit -- (DOD Carcosa and Revv G2)

I'm starting to think that my sound (sometimes), is raw, human, and imperfect ambient music. A lot of ambient music I hear can be really pristine, which is nice, but it can sound a bit distant, detached, and ethereal. I want music to sound natural and alive, and I think there should be a bit of a struggle that you can hear in the music as well. Blah blah blah. I actually recorded this one night back around Christmas 2022. I received a DOD Carcosa and a Revv G2 as gifts, and I was playing around with them and threw this together. The Carcosa is actually being used on the rhythm track - as a bit of a clean boost, though it's clearly not pristine. There's a bit of fuzz and hair on it that makes it interesting. The Revv is on the lead. Both parts are played on a 2000 Mexican Double Fat Strat that I bought about a year ago for $135. I had a couple of TV Jones pickups laying around, so in they went. Fun guitar! I have no way to confirm, but both parts were likely on the Round setting on the Iridium. There's some reverb and delay on the original tracks, and both tracks have some additional ambient stuff happening in the DAW.
