Assassin's Creed Revelations 100% [DLC] Episode 89 Finale

Just a little note I failed a lot in two of these achievements so I cut out most of my failed attempts and just left the first and last. Next game that will be covered on my Channel is AC 3 Remastered for 100%. This series is for 100% and along with DNA sequence being 100%, which includes both primary and secondary memories, I will also be obtaining every book, buying every building, buying every weapon, getting all Multiplayer emblems in the Desmond memories as well as the memories themselves, doing the DLC and getting every achievement tied to AC Revelations in the Ezio Collection.
