As a busy mom of 2 I am always looking for quick and effective workouts that are easy to fit into my day! This would be great routine to do on its own, or to add on to another workout. As a Pilates instructor I program my Wall Pilates workouts to help you progress to more advanced versions of the exercises in Pilates. These exercises are building blocks to help strengthen you. If your goal is "toning/sculpting", the best way to achieve this is by resistance training + diet changes if losing weight is a goal of yours.
