Russia to appeal 4-year Olympic ban

In a fight to have its athletes compete under its flag, Russia will appeal its four-year Olympic ban. But as Caryn Ceolin hears from the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport, the results of that appeal may not matter in the end.
