2016 Highland Games Training: Hammer Throw - Throw, Fetch, Repeat
Training my technique on the hammer throw for my first games in San Diego. Effort was kept to about 60% to maintain control. A few more hammer throws. The swing is better, going down and towards my right foot, but that late release is killing my distance in addition to my hips not moving very much.
