Flying bear Ghost 5 extruder problem

here a video of the problem i have with this printer. extruder stops extruding without any reason. the steps/mm of the extruder in the video are set at the factory setting (400), i have to add that any attempt to calibrate extruder by modifying this value results in such behaviour.
