Moleskine Hack : Simple Pen Holder

I am a people from Hong Kong... sorry for my bad English... This is a Moleskine hack. It's a removable pen holder. It is easy to make and very useful. So you don't have to stick anythings on your moleskine but still have a nice pen holder.
