FERRARI 550 MARANELLO - Driving and accelerations 2016 HQ

Here another video from my special week-end spent in Monaco during the last Top Marques. Monaco is for sure the Carspotting Heaven, because you can see over one hundred exotic supercars and hypercars in an ordinary day and certainly in the Top Marques days, having the opportunity to see the exlusive cars engaged in the Test Drives without losing the chance to visit this wonderful city located on the beautiful French Riviera. In this video a stunning silver Ferrari 550 Maranello with swiss driving licence plate drives around the city giving me the possibility to film it in each detail like rims, engine, interior, the logo of the "Cavallino" and to record its noisy start-up and its lovely sound while driving. The Ferrari 550 Maranello is an italian 2-seat gran turismo produced by the manufacturer of Maranello since 1996 to replace the Ferrari F512M. Unveiled for the first time at the 1995 Geneva Motor Show, the car had a 5,5 litre V12 engine in front-position with 4 valves per cylinder, dual overhead cams and variable length intake manifold which developed 485 hp and 568 Nm of torque, enough for a top speed of over 320 Km/h and less than 4.2 seconds from 0-100 Km/h. The design was entirely made by Lorenzo Ramanciotti for Pininfarina, already father of supercars like the Ferrari 360 Modena, the F430 and the 612 Scaglietti, the Maserati Quattroporte 5th Series and of the Maserati Birdcage 75th Anniversary. The 550 Maranello has a tubular steel frame chassis with light aluminum bodywork bolted to it and 6-speed manual transmission. The steering is rack and pinion with variable power assist. The vented disc brakes are 330 mm for the front and 310 mm for the rear. In the 1998 were made 13 units with special customizations named Ferrari 550 Maranello Michael Schumacher Editio, cause the firt examplar was bought by the german F1 Driver. Similar to the previous version, was produced another limited edition of 33 units named 550 WRS. At the 2000 Paris Motor Show was presented a convertible version also, named Ferrari 550 Barchetta Pininfarina with a soft top reclinable until the speed of 70 Km/h. Only 448 units of the Barchetta were made. At the 2000 Turin Motor Show was introduced a concept car made to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Pininfarina, named Ferrari Rossa. In the 2002 the swiss tuner Franco Sbarro made a special 550 with a massive bodykit, special Michelin wheels and 19'' rims by OZ Superleggera. In the 2009 was presented a limited edition of five units based on the 550 Barchetta, named Ferrari 550 GTZ, to celebrate the 90th anniversary of collaboration between Zagato and Ferrari and sold for a price of over 1,5 million dollars each. The Ferrari 550 Maranello has many racing versions also: the first tested was the 550 GT made for the FFSA GT Championship and later used in the FIA GT Championship and on the 2003 24h LeMans. In the 2001 born the Ferrari 550 GTS made to race in the American Le Mans Series and in the GT1 class of the Japan LeMans Challenge season. The production of the Ferrari 550 Maranello ends in the 2001, when the car was replaced by the Ferrari 575M Maranello, with 3.083 examples made. Complete walkaround and a review with each detail like interior, wheels, engine, logo and lights, driving, LOUD starting-up and really noisy exhaust rev sound.
