Mercedes A180 CDI Rough Idle Any ideas???? Increase your volume

The car is very rough on idle the revs fluctuate. I can only see injector 1 on the diagnostic at fluctuating between 3-4 but not too sure exactly what it is. If anyone have any ideas please leave a comment. I'll appreciate it. Thanks
