Vitamins Part 1 Is Hell For New Players in Escape from Tarkov

In this Escape from Tarkov gameplay video, I go to Interchange to complete Vitamins Part 1 for Skier. This task is extremely hard for a new Escape from Tarkov player and it has taken me multiple days to complete. Interchange is a very competitive map and it always seems like once you think your safe, there is a PMC camping somewhere in the Interchange mall to kill you. The Interchange map in Escape from Tarkov is also confusing at first, so it helps if you know your way around before trying to complete Vitamins Part 1.
