SnowRunner PTS Imandra Part 8

Finish the Broken Power Plant job, discover a new job pops up when you get that one done. Didn't know this at the time..... but have discovered that completing the broken power plant job and the job generated by completing that one is what triggers the garage to unlock. Also complete the first stage of Price of Victory and run the metal detector past the 2 armored vehicles.
