No-Bake Eggless Nutella Chocolate Cheesecake || How To Make Easy Creamcheese At Home || Guiltybytes

Who doesn't love a yummy chocolaty NUTELLA cheesecake! A NO BAKE cheesecake is always a winner and one can totally dig into it without having to worry about taste or difficult baking procedures. Here's my family fav recipe of a no-bake, Nutella Cheesecake that my sister and I bake together with utmost love. Cheesecake Base: Salted Biscuits 1 whole pack Melted/Softened Butter Powdered Sugar 2 Table Spoon Cocoa Powder 2 Teaspoon Mix well using hands and spread well on the cheesecake tin Refrigerate for an hour For home Made Cream Cheese 1 Cup of hung yogurt/curd 200 gms of Paneer/Cottage Cheese Blend in a mixer until you get a smooth paste that resembles the cream cheese consistency. Place it on sieve to ensure that the paste has no water For The Cheesecake Batter Melt Two Dark Chocolate Bar 160gms I pack of whipped cream Add cream cheese mix to the whipped cream and slowly mix it Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add chocolate bars -optional Add 2 tabs cocoa powder -optional Add two generous spoonful of NUTELLA or as much as you like it Instead of Gelatin, I used agar agar/china grass to set our cheesecake batter. 10 gms of agar agar sheet has been boiled in 150 gms of water and I have poured it into the batter. Cut and fold gently and finally pour it into the cheesecake tin. Put in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours and garnish using sugar garnishes and ENJOYYYYYY!! Like. Comment. Subscribe.
