Is there a VLC (64bit)?

This video is for those who have been having problems with the 64-bit version of Handbrake. The problem that most people are having is that it is asking for a 64-bit version of VLC player however there is not a 64 version there is only a 32-bit. I will show you how you can still rip a dvd with Handbrake 64-bit or 32-bit and give you some advice to help you guys out.
