My contribution to the FLSUN Speedrace

#FlsunSpeedBoatrace Printed on my barely moded FLSUN SR. Not the prettiest print as I usualy don't print that fast. A little bit of underextrusion can be seen on the top and bottom layers, because my hotend is totaly maxed out with the 20mm³/s I did this print with, even with elevated temperature. I think most of the defects are due to the hotend not able to melt more plastic in a consistent way. The kinematics don't seem to have any problem with the 200mm/s I used here. Second comes the cooling. The two 4010 fans are probably a little to weak here. Will upgrade to 5015 fans wich I already have at hand. Print time: 1h 22m 18s (without purge line and skirt) Print settings according to the Speedrace rules: - 2 walls - 3 top & bottom layers - 10% infill - 0.25mm layer height - 0.4mm (walls & skirt) and 0.5mm (infill & top & bottom) line width - normal PLA used Print speeds (both resulting in 20mm³/s volumetric flow): - 160mm/s on 0.5 lines - 200mm/s on 0.4 lines Mods/Upgrades to the printer: - Bondtech LGX extruder - Capricorn bowden - "real" Volcano (clone) - Hardned steal nozzle - Running on Klipper and Octoprint
