You cannot just change a battery any more. Now you have to reset the computerized charger or it will not charge and possibly damage the new battery. Ford wants 45min of labor for this. Does it really take 45min? Let's find out... Note: I did connect to my pickup before filming to test the link cable before filming. In this instance it took about one minute to detect all of the computers on the vehicle network. When I recorded, it found those settings and allowed me to use them. It saved about 45sec. If your laptop has Bluetooth I highly recommend the Bluetooth adapter, not the wired one!
