Windows 10 File Explorer Bug
I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Since I did that, File Explorer has been broken. It won't open at all. The first two attempts to open file Explorer were me showing that it refuses to work. I'll get a black screen for a second and it obviously crashes. I let the Microsoft tech take control of my computer and it instantly opens up for him. I tried every troubleshoot and google answer i could find before i turned to microsoft tech support. We have been trying to fix this bug for 2 hours and it got to the point I needed to document this. This has gotten to the point of insanity. UPDATE: to fix this required a complete reinstall of Windows 10.
