Alex's Rugby Journey: Match 11. Improved footwork sidesteps tackling offloads u11s rugby
Follow my son, Alex on his rugby journey on this channel. He started in the summer of 2019 playing a tag tournament which gave him confidence to try full contact. Signed up to play full contact in September. Unfortunately, in the UK, there has been no mini rugby played for 14 months but I've been working on his core skills. He can now kick and pass in all different ways, and we've been working on contact skills during lockdown. We've also worked on speed and evasion/side stepping skills. Now he's back to playing and looking to improve each game. This is his 11th game ever.
