FTP server configuration using openSUSE in GNS3 emulator by Ahmed Kurto
In this lab, I configured an FTP server using openSUSE-leap. Before configuring the FPT server, I initially configured DHCP and static routes on the two routers to establish connectivity. After that, I installed vsftpd on openSUSE. vsftpd (Very Secure FTP Daemon) is a lightweight, stable, and secure FTP server for UNIX-like systems. Ultimately, I configured the necessary parameters in the config file and started the service.
