We need to break into the castle to find a letter written to Theophilus Harlow from Victor Rookwook. This letter will prove they are working together. An embarrassing amount of time later, I find a way to open the main gate. They have Highwing! Natty looks for the letter while I find a way to the roof to free my Hippogriff friend. All while finding some treasures, taking down poachers, and freeing more beasts along the way. Natty found the letter and the Hippogriffs are rescued! I've unlocked Highwing as a rideable mount! I now need to meet Natty in Lower Hogsfield ("The Lost Child"), there's a wizard there that's being harassed by Harlow. Upon speaking with Johanna Bickle, I learn that Harlow has killed her husband and her son Archie is missing, she thinks Harlow took him. Now at level 22, we find an Ashwinders charmed tent where Harlow is keeping Archie Bickle.
