Follow the instruction to learn how to manage the reject hopper of the Evolis Quantum 2 card printer: Capacity of the reject hopper: 20 cards. When the reject hopper is full, the message _ REJECT HOPPER FULL _ is displayed on the control panel. To empty the reject hopper on a printer with centralised locking: 1. Open the reject hopper by raising the door. 2. Remove the cards found, and close the reject hopper door again Evolis advises you to empty the reject hopper regularly, such as whenever the ribbon is changed or during routine maintenance. For the standard version (without central locking), it is sufficient just to remove the cards present in the reject hopper.
