Police standoff on Tapia Dr. next to the Humanites Building
On April 29, a routine traffic stop turned into a police stand off with a man in a stolen vehicle right outside of the Humanities Building. Corrections: In a former version the video misdated the event April 19 instead of April 29, misnamed Tapia street instead of Tapia Drive, had a hyphen in standoff, misspelled escalated and did not say where Richard was taken to after the incident.
