PS: Found newer chips that will work, these are named: • Micron MT41K512M16VRP-107 AIT:P • Micron MT41K512M16VRP-107 IT:P 512M16 means 512'000'000 Blocks x 16 bit = 1 Gb. For 4 Gb you need 4 x MT41K512M16VRP-107 chips. Only difference between two is that AIT is made for automotive and IT is for industrial.
