The Epson C6500Ae is the wider 8 inch version of the top selling 4 inch Epson C7500G full colour label printer. It has a scanning print head delivering more dots per image so the print quality is higher when needed, but the extra width will enable users to print labels any size including up to A5 and A4 popular sizes for larger containers, packaging and pallets. The pigment in used is durable against moisture and sunlight and can even be used for outdoor labels on our SJet matt white BS5609 marine specification material. The printers come with a removable 6 inch diameter internal spool and spare spools are available so you can store and fast switch different size label rolls. We stock the large 8 inch rolls winders available as an option so you can feed higher capacity blank label rolls in at the back, as well as rewind large finished printed rolls at the front. It has a built in guillotine cutter useful to cut off and separate groups of labels as you print. For the C6500Pe model the cut off is replaced by a peel and present mode where by as each label is printed it is automatically peeled and positioned at the front of the printer ready for you to fast pick and apply to your product or packaging. A number of packing operators can pick labels as they are peeled and presented from the machine. The winders now positioned out of the way at the back of the printer are used to feed the blank labels and wind up the backing paper waste. The C6500Pe can be used in automated label pick and apply lines using slider type mechanics or a small robot to pick and locate the label onto items moving on an automated production line.
