This is another nostalgia inspired bread – Dilkush or Dilpasand.The name loosely translated means something that makes you happy. These are the coconut, bread, and dry fruits stuffed buns that were very popular in the neighborhood bakeries of my childhood. Soft and spongy bread with a filling of sweetened coconut and dried fruits – well it sure made us kids smile! This is a simple yet delicious recipe that can be prepared even by beginners. Usually it make using yeast but in this i didn't use yeast and oven.
