HOW LONG DOES APPLES LAST AFTER A CLEANING METHOD
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! In this video I share what Bad Apples look like after you have left them out too long after a cleaning process. Dipping Bad Apples in Hot Candy mixtures are not good at all. I also share what Brand Food coloring I like to use the most for my Candy Apples. #candyapples #chocolateapples #caramelapples Supplies: Granny Smith, Fugi, Gala Water 3 Quart Pot Large Metal Spoon Medium size drying towel Cleaning Method: 🍏In a Medium or Large Pot dip three to five apples for 6 to 10 seconds only, rotating as you count down. No longer than that. 🍏Remove Apples one at a time, using a cloth rag or paper towel. 🍏Dry apples completely as soon as they are removed from the hot water. Apples should sit out on counter top for 24 - 48 hours. FOR BEST RESULTS , LET APPLES SIT FOR 48 HRS before dipping in candy Mix. 🍏In the 24 - 48 process a sticky sap residue will start to form on the outside of the Apples. 🍏On the second day use a damp or wet cloth to wipe away any of the sticky residue from your apples. 🍏Be sure to wipe and dry your apples completely before dipping into your candymixture. 🍏After piercing your apple with your wooden sticks and decorative straws, wipe around the piercing of where you inserted your sticks from any juices that may have formed after inserting them into your apples.
