In this video we cover backup encryption. We explore how to create master key and certificate and backup and restore them. We then explore how to use the certificate to encrypt the backup and also restore the backup. We answer questions like does encrypted backups have larger size than normal backups. We also find out how much additional effort it takes to backup and restore encrypted backups vs regular backups.
