Additional information in an effort to resolve the issue I am having on Twitch.tv with getting the Video Player Banner to "take". I've tried multiple times, multiple browsers and multiple suggested solutions, to no avail. Please -- Twitch Support, if you can't help me fix it, can you simply take my image and place in there manually? I placed a version here for your use (just in case) http://images.bycenay.com/offline.jpg ANY help at all is appreciated. PS: I submitted a "bug", but can't find the original message for any follow up. Overall the "get help" system needs a little work. Or perhaps just better navigation as I haven't been able to find what I am looking for.
