SpaceX Starship Catch Tower (The largest 3D printer)
Colinear delta tower for catching / lifting / assembling and 3D Printing starships. This is one solution with three linear rails, and there are lot more simple solutions. Could also add three more sliders below to absorb the load like the three legs from Falcon 9. There are some which could catch super heavy above the tower but require very long lightweight truss beam but will have 360° catch range and can absorb the force in the center of the tower. Lightweight truss beams for high load is also a important future structure for space. We will see a lot of this kind of towers build in the future, i'm sure. In minimum two more for Deimos and Phobos.
