20 Min | Level 2 | GLUTE & THIGH BLASTER | Rebounder Workout | Trampoline Workout | I Jump Instead

In today's Rebounder workout, we are activating and targeting the full Glute and Thigh Muscles. We'll be flexing all of our lower body muscles including the Quads, Hamstrings, Inner & Outer Thighs, Upper Glutes, Outer Glutes, Main Glutes and Calves. Get ready to BLAST your lower body and build the Trophy Legs and Glutes of your dreams. When getting started on your jumping journey, be prepared to adapt your muscles to the increased resistance (in the up and down motion) FIRST, then over time, you can go to greater and greater depths with flexing (while bouncing) to get stronger, and infinitely more muscular and toned. Always listen to your body and REST went any aches and/or pains show up. We, the Trophy Twins, went through this too and continue to work out kinks and weaknesses over the years. Every weak spot in the body needs to be respected, healed and strengthened as we progress in this sport. Gentle rehab exercises (preferably done on a Cellerciser Rebounder) are 100% necessary for all injuries, weak tendons, ligaments, joints, muscles etc. Stick with Jumping, be patient for however long it takes your body to adapt, continue to practice your flex ability and you will see and feel your Trophy Body come to life.
