Maya: Arnold Blooms
Arnold in its 6.2 version and the Maya plug-in MtoA version 4.2.0 provides improvements on quasi realtime denoising (which I don't demonstrate here) and the bloom effect. It's a lens effect which simulates problems of our eyes and of camera lenses with high exposures of certain parts of what we see. The flickering white spots on ocean waves is a typical example. In this brief video I guide you to the bloom effect. Nothing more, nothing less. Enjoy. And if you're interested in more information about the bug I mention at the beginning: https://answers.arnoldrenderer.com/questions/31079/maya-20204-and-mtoa-problem.html The music: "Computer Animation" and "Pause Wikipedia", composed and performed by me, Maximilian Schönherr, licensed via GEMA, Germany. On Patreon I'm uhr24.
