Elden Ring - How to get Fancy Spin Gesture & Primal Glintstone Blade Talisman (Stargazer's Ruins)

There is a unique ruin named Stargazer's Ruins in Mountaintops of the Giants. When you arrived there, there is a basement room that is sealed and a talking giant Jellyfish who is looking for her sister. Summon your Spirit Jellyfish Ashes to make her happy and unlock the basement's seal. Inside the chest is a Primal Glintstone Blade talisman, that makes spells consume less FP, but your maximum HP is reduced. Thanks for watching :)
