I am going to show you how to make these cool duct tape flowers with bottle cap centers. You can pretty much use any type of duct tape; patterns or solids and any type of beads. Step 7 Take your glue and fill the bottle cap with layer of glue, and then poor in the beads. Arrange them so you only have one layer. Then let seat and dry. Once it is dry you can do a lot with this flower. You can make a hairband, hang onto your bag, put it on your purse, or anything else you want to decorate.
