This is the first part of the Wall Street level in TMNT 1. Basically, you have to get missiles to blow through barriers placed by the foot clan. The ultimate goal of this is to save Splinter, who was kidnapped in the previous level (will show saving Splinter in part 3). Just follow these videos and you wont have to waste missiles on worthless barriers.
